Necrommancer/Mesmer build (Need advice)
I recently bought factions and I'm wondering what is the cookie cutter build as far as it goes for attributes and spells?

don't bother with builds so much if your a new player just experiment with things and enjoy yourself once you start using specific builds the game starts to lose a bit of its appeal in my opinion.

imho,get your char to level 20 with the skills provided/buy along the way then come back

I'd say armor then skills
 but a good build to start is MM. It the best, as I said, to start.
